I took a concrete step in heat treatment sector in 1979 in İskitler Demir Sanayi (İskitler Iron Industry). I held Office, from 1979 to 2000, as partnership heat treatment production manager and quality control manager in a few firms. I found and activated my own company (Akalın Isıl İşlem Çelik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.) (Akalın Heat Treatment Industry and Trade Ltd. Co.) in 2000 and that became one of the leading firms of the sector in very short time. Afer Akalın Heat Treatment Industry and Trade Ltd. Co., in addition, AKL Steel Metal Industry, which sells Metal Ravne tool steel, was founded due to lack of tool steel treatment facilities in Ankara in 2010. In the first month of 2018, we have opened our modern heat treatment Aichelin brand new atmosphere controlled cabin with 30 mt of our center.
